About Us

Pilcrow Communications is a socially and environmentally conscious events and experiential marketing company. We design ethical and responsible experiences that have a positive impact on mind space and a low impact on ground space.

The Name

Pilcrow is the name for the symbol (¶). You’ve seen it at the top of your word document but may not have paid attention to it; till now. It represents an end to one line of thought and the beginning of another, every time you start a new paragraph.

The Meaning

The impact of marketing communication is much like this hidden character. You see all the finery, the beautiful words that make up the story, but we want to leave behind a positive imprint that cannot be seen, only felt. We want the experience to inspire you to start a new line of thought. An experience that creates positive mind space and keeps people coming back for more.

The Logo

The dynamism and passion of the colour red blends together with the stability and steadfastness of blue to give birth to Purple, the colour of purpose. This is the colour we have chosen for our logo, not only for its embodiment of purpose, but for its symbolism of magic and mystery that we feel makes life so exciting.

The Purpose

Pilcrow Communications strives to add a new, fresh and interesting perspective to your marketing and communication needs. We are inspired by the amazing possibilities that exist today in doing sustainable events. Positive mind space is one thing, but we try to also nurture a positive environment around our work so that both people and planet love us back.

Sustainability

We adhere to industry best practice and ISO 20121
